Waste tyres vary widely in type, size, and degree of wear, so they need to be classified according to these factors.<\/p>\n<h2>Steel Wire Separation<\/h2>\n<p id=\"\">One of the main components of waste tyres is rubber, but they also contain a large amount of steel wire. In order to improve subsequent processing efficiency and the purity of rubber, the separation of steel wire is crucial. Steel wire separators usually use methods such as rotation, vibration, or magnetic separation to separate rubber particles from steel wire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rubber Crushing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"\">After steel wire separation, the remaining rubber particles are usually large and need further crushing. Rubber breakers and grinders are commonly used equipment for this step. During the crushing process, the fineness of the rubber particles can be controlled by adjusting the rotational speed and mesh aperture of the sieve.
