Required Tools
- Valve key
- Pliers
- Hammer
- 14mm and 17mm open-end wrenches (two of each)
- 5-meter steel wire rope
- 1.5-meter iron wire, air pump
- Electric welding machine
Loader Positioning: Park on a flat ground and deflate the tires to one-third of their capacity.

0.1 Unfold the Protection Chain
Lay the protection chain flat in front of the wheel, with the anchor chain locking ring on the outer side, the adjustment ring on the inner side, and the screw-equipped diamond-shaped opening section at the top of the chain.

0.2 Remove Some Accessories
- Remove the top opening diamond-shaped section, opening section, and their accompanying accessories for later use.
- Connect the two ends of the protection chain at the top with an iron wire.
- ’Remove the opening section and adjustment ring from the middle inner part of the protection chain for later use.

0.3 Drive In and Wrap
- Start the loader, drive it into the middle of the protection chain, and stop it about 15-20 centimeters from the top.
- Hang the iron wire on the tire tread.
- Two people should each grab one side and wrap the protection chain around the wheel as it rolls.
- Use a crowbar to tidy up the protection chain and ensure it wraps evenly.

04. Connect and Fix
- Use a crowbar to push the opening section onto the adjustment ring, adding or removing opening sections and adjustment rings as needed for length adjustment.
- Reinstall the diamond-shaped opening section without a clamp, and connect the two ends of the protection chain.
- Fix the clamp on the diamond-shaped opening section, tighten the screw, and weld it securely to prevent detachment.

05. Tighten and Check
- Check the locking rings to ensure the welding seam faces outward.
- Insert the locking chain, connect it with the head of the iron chain using a steel wire rope, and put the other end of the rope over the loader’s shovel. Lift the shovel to tighten the locking chain (maintain a 1.5-centimeter gap).
- Pass a screw through the gap in the locking chain and tighten it. Retighten it after one week of use to maintain the same tightness.

06 Final Adjustment
- Start the loader to make the protection chain wrap evenly around the tire.
- Inflate the tire and it can be used normally.
