Meticulous Process Control

Ring components undergo straightening and normalizing treatments to significantly improve their overall mechanical properties. After carburizing, workpieces are quenched and tempered at low temperatures to achieve high surface hardness and wear resistance while maintaining ductility and toughness in the core, meeting the requirements for “outer hardness, inner toughness.”

Stringent Quality Assurance

Every finished product undergoes comprehensive quality testing before shipment, including static tensile strength (≥50 KN without deformation) and Rockwell hardness (48-52 HRC) on the ground contact surface to ensure long service life.
