Our history

Since its establishment in 2007, TW Chains has consistently been a leader in China’s tire protection chain industry. Over the past two decades, the company has dedicated itself to the specialized, focused, and professional manufacturing of tire protection chains for construction machinery, with an annual production capacity of 12,000 pieces of forged products in various specifications.

In 2007, as the first domestic enterprise to research and develop forged tire protection chains, TW Chains’ R&D team independently designed the forming process for forged parts, conducted professional analysis on the structural characteristics of forgings, and continuously optimized and improved quality.
In 2018, TW Chains introduced fully automated ring-making machines, further enhancing the standardized production of rings and ensuring consistent product quality.
In 2019, TW Chains adopted a carburizing and quenching heat treatment process, which involved bringing carburizing materials into contact with the metal surface to dissolve and diffuse them, thereby increasing the hardness and wear resistance of the tire protection chain friction parts and improving product quality and service life.
